With the motivational speaker arena saturated, it is rare and refreshing to find an individual who has the true gift and ability to captivate and engage their audience. Al Duncan is one of those rare finds.  His Secrets of Great Black Orators lecture educates and inspires listeners to aspire and implement the noted oratory skills of Frederick Douglass, T.D. Jakes, and Martin Luther King, Jr. And that is just the beginning!

Throughout Al's presentation he reminds listeners that Sojourner Truth's emphatically declared, "Ain't I A Woman?" is proof that it’s not always what you say it’s how you say it.   He introduces to some and causes others to recall Marcus Garvey and Malcolm X's ability seize the minds of their listeners.  And finally, Al teaches his captivated audience that the eloquence and fervor of Shirley Chisholm and Barbara Jordan changed the world of politics.  The best part of his presentation- he teaches his audience how they can become equally as great in their own special way!

As a practitioner within the sector of higher education, I'm often challenged with promoting the 'soft' skills that are vital to people’s success in a fun and exciting manner.  Thank you Al “The Inspiration” Duncan for brilliantly helping me to achieve this goal!

"Mr. Duncan,

I really enjoyed your presentation because it actually was a 'breath of fresh air'. There are a lot of 'entrepreneurs' who talk about how they made it and that the way THEY did it is the way to go. You told us what type of mindset you should have to be successful, period. And you showed us how to develop that mindset. We need more people like you."
